Our client Event Envy asked us to create a website presence, for their event design company, that echoed terms like “Shabby Chic, hand-crafted, hand-painted, deckled paper and tattered lace”.
With some tried and true design methods, Photoshop tricks and clean HTML we delivered a Hand-Crafted look with a standard “easy-read” pattern layout in which the visitor’s eye cycles over the Logo/Identity, the tabbed navigation, the section title then the initial cap on the page content with its minimal verbiage. Bright pastels over warm toned backgrounds were used to adhere to their target audience — females.
